My yoga journey began with a simple desire to move and feel better in my own body. Over time, the practice became something much deeper and gradually turned into an important part of my life.

I began my teacher training with Wiktor Morgulec, where I learned the foundations of hatha yoga inspired by the Iyengar method, using various props to make the practice accessible to everyone.

Later, I completed a Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Portugal. Another important step in my journey was meeting Joa Gomez through my teacher Justyna Urbaniak. I first joined his Power Yoga & Mobility training, and his teaching approach and methodology resonated with me so strongly that I continued my studies and completed a 350-hour advanced training under his guidance.

I continue to deepen my path in yoga. In 2026 I also completed trainings in Yin Yoga and Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, allowing me to support women during pregnancy as well.

In my teaching, I combine traditional hatha yoga with elements of mobility and functional training, which support the safe development of strength and range of motion. I believe that strength and flexibility should go hand in hand.

Because I danced for many years, warm-up and rhythm - of breath and movement - are also very important to me. That’s why my classes combine mindful technique and stability with fluid, creative flows that allow the body to move more freely.
